The Sixteenth Amendment was ratified by the requisite three-fourths of the states on February 3, 1913, and was certified as part of the Constitution on February 25, 1913. (Although many have claimed throughout the years that it wasn’t legally ratified.) Before the Sixteenth Amendment, the Constitution required direct taxes to be proportionate to each state’s population. Back then, most Federal revenues came from tariffs and excise taxes. The first national income tax was enacted in 1894, but was struck down by the Supreme Court in the case of Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Company in 1895. The Sixteenth Amendment was passed in response to this court case.
The Sixteenth Amendment states: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
The Federal Reserve Act was passed by the 63rd United States Congress and signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on December 23, 1913.
Simply put, the income tax was put in place so people would be forced to pay for the usury that the totally private Federal Reserve was going to steal, and still steals to this very day. It is the most demonic and pernicious con ever-perpetrated on humanity.
The United States national debt is now over $40 trillion and increasing exponentially.
During the last fiscal year of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, the United States spent over $1.5 trillion in interest payments (usury) on our $40 trillion debt. At this rate, the usurious payments on our debt will very quickly escalate to a point of no return.
This oppressive debt has now been kicked down the road as far as possible and is about to rear its ugly head. The increasingly visible inflation tax we now see everywhere in our lives, although our completely corrupt government continually tries in vain to hide, will eventually turn into a ruinous hyperinflation tax and collapse our economy.
We must put an end to the evil and illegal Federal Reserve System, which is neither Federal nor a reserve, and take back our power “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures” as stated in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5, of the United States Constitution.
By joining the Moral Party, together we can, and will, end immoral usury and return sound monetary practices to the United States; may this set an example for all of Earth.
The upside-down United States flag is a signal of extreme distress.
There could not be a more appropriate symbol of where we are now.
